Osiris ("Osiris Monitor," the "App") is operated by FreakShow HD, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information the App collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've tried to keep it in plain language.

The short version

• We collect the minimum needed to sign you in and connect you to video streams you've been invited to.
• We do not use advertising, we do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your information.
• You can delete your account and associated data at any time, right inside the App.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address so we can create and identify your account. If you choose to hide your email, Apple provides a private relay address instead.
• Authentication data. We store a secure login token on your device and on our server so you stay signed in.
• Stream access data. To deliver live video to you, we keep a record of which streams you've been invited to or joined, and basic connection information needed to route the stream.

Information we do not collect

• We do not record or store the video content you view. Live streams are encrypted and relayed in real time; they are not saved on our servers.
• We do not collect advertising identifiers and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.

How we use your information

• To create your account and sign you in.
• To connect you to the specific video streams you've been authorized to view.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
• To comply with legal obligations.

How your information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the App — for example, our cloud hosting and database provider — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are bound to protect your information. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the App:

• Open Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.

Deleting your account removes your name, email, login tokens, and your stream access records from our systems. This action cannot be undone. If you need help, contact us using the details below.

Security

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections, and live video streams are encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

Osiris is a professional production tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Sign in with Apple

The App uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. Your use of Sign in with Apple is also governed by Apple's privacy policy. When you delete your account, we remove the account data described above from our systems.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
